Kilgrimol is a single-storey building with level thresholds.
It has a large, well-equipped kitchen with constant water boiler.
It has a large activity room with toilets.
Kilgrimol is centrally heated, the cost is included in the fee and the building complies with all legislation.
Ample off-road parking.
There is a Co-op, Tesco Express, pharmacy and chippie within easy walking distance (10 mins) and there are Booths, Aldi and Sainsbury supermarkets a 5-minute drive away.
There are also two play parks five minutes walk away.
The bus stops outside the building serve Blackpool and St Annes.
St Anne’s beach is within walking distance. On the promenade, you will find a cinema, indoor swimming pool, a pier, trampolines, crazy golf, mini golf, a mini train, a boating lake and the RNLI lifeboat station and shop.
In Blackpool, you will find the Sealife Centre, the Tower, Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle water park, Madame Tussauds, trams, theatres and 3 piers.
Free for Girlguiding Lancashire West County and Girlguiding Fylde Division meetings and training sessions.
